March 16, 2020 We changed the face of how we help the families in Johnson county. We had to shut down the inside of the building and brought all the food outside into the parking lot. Since then we have been hustling and bustling to get the food into the cars. Our Volunteers have put in over 1,450 hours of work. It has been challenging, but we have managed to make it through. God has been so gracious to sustain us and give us the strength and wisdom to know what to do to keep our volunteers and clients safe during this time. We have passed out more than 265,000 lb. of food to 2,100 households or 7,400 individuals who needed food in Johnson County. By July 2020 we were able to go back to seeing clients inside the building. It was a joy to get to minister to our clients face to face.
